Boston Pizza & Grill

So I ordered here yesterday the pizza was ok not the best. Everything else was good but the delivery driver was just rude he yelled at my son to grab the food while I was counting the money and was rushing me I got upstairs and my turkey sub was missing I called him and he sounded annoyed and mad and came back and told me come out side hurry up hurry up and handed me sub sub with attitude I really regret giving him a tip.. and I loved the food but wont be ordering here again due to him ..

First time eating here and OMG!!! The food was so fresh and tasty yummy...I ordered the grilled chicken ceasar salad and a Greek salad as well as a small cheese lovers pizza with ricotta cheese, fresh mozzarella, provolone and parmesan cheese. The dough was light and fluffy and so good. The cheese was of high quality like the kind from whole foods where they charge triple the price but this pizza was even better. Nice clean waiting area. Will be back again soon .

A friend and I ordered food from here on Xmas Eve. I got the fettuccine alfredo with broccoli and mushrooms; the pasta had no flavor, but the garlic bread made up for it. My friend enjoyed the wings. Also, I ordered a Thai tea with boba (for which they charge almost $6), and it was extremely watery. Overall, the restaurant is kept very clean in comparison to a lot of Boston pizza shops, but the food needs attention.

I ordered a turkey sandwich with Mayonnaise and cheese with a steak and cheese Calzone. I put the top delivery charge you could offer (I believe 18%). After an hour of waiting we called and they tried to tell us we pressed pick up. We argued and said fine send it we're starving. I have a toddler and wife. The woman called back to ask what we wanted on our turkey sandwich (not club or anything like that). We said just Mayonnaise and American cheese. When it got here they never gave the driver our tip, so I paid him twice. He even knew they made a mistake because it says delivery charge on the receipt not pick up. The food was freezing cold but most importantly, there was no turkey sandwich. They gave us a cold bacon and cheese sandwich. When I called back she tried to say I ordered turkey club and I kept saying "no we did not but even if we did, where the *expletive* is the turkey. She kept going in circles trying fix it for the third hour or so since we called and I told them to keep the money. Never ever order from here.
